4. RESPONSIBILITY All academic and administrative staff working in our center are responsible.
5. APPLICATION
5.1. Vertical and Horizontal Coordination and Integration Points:
5.1.1. The organizational structure of our center is specified in the KKU.YD.02 Organization Chart and the Center Director is at the top. The Center Director is vertically connected to the Rector.
5.1.2. The Board of Directors and the Advisory Board are horizontally connected to the Center Director.
5.1.3. There are two Deputy Center Directors in our center and they are vertically connected to the Center Director.
5.1.4. The Administrative-Financial Affairs Director is vertically connected to the Center Director.
5.1.5. The Deputy Director of Administrative-Financial Affairs is vertically connected to the Administrative-Financial Affairs Director.

5.2. Responsibilities and Relations:
5.2.1 The main and alternate responsible persons of each unit are determined by their unit managers and if necessary, they are officially written with the approval of the Center Manager and notified to the persons.
5.2.2 Assignments are revised and new assignments are made according to the need.
5.3. Delegation of Authority:
The determined authority delegation is as follows;
5.3.1. Center Manager, to the Deputy Center Manager with the knowledge and authority of the Rectorate,
5.3.2. Administrative-Financial Affairs Manager to the Faculty Secretary or Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs,
5.3.3. Quality Management Director to the senior employee deemed appropriate by the management,
5.3.4. Committee/commission/team head to the vice president, vice president to the member,
5.3.5. Unit manager to the senior employee deemed appropriate by the management,
5.3.6. Unit personnel delegate authority to other unit personnel deemed appropriate by the management,
5.3.7. Dental clinic assistants, support personnel, security personnel to other personnel deemed appropriate by the management,
5.3.8. Security manager to security officer,
5.3.9. Waste officer, infection officer nurse, sterilization officer, education nurse to senior employee deemed appropriate by the management.
