The Oral and Dental Health Practice Center and the Faculty of Dentistry organized an orientation program for students who will begin patient-centered clinical practice courses in our faculty this semester. At the event, held on Monday, September 8, 2025, Faculty of Dentistry Dean Prof. Dr. Baran Can SAĞLAM and Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Sevinç AKTEMUR TÜRKER explained the clinical practice course procedures and the rules to be followed and observed.

Furthermore, Dr. Nigar AK TÜRKİŞ, a lecturer at Ahmet Erdoğan Health Services Vocational School, gave a presentation on "Cross-infection in Dentistry, Hand Hygiene, Use of Personal Protective Equipment, Waste Management, Infectious Disease Prevention Methods, and Sterilization-Disinfection." Burçin SOYLEYMEZ, the Center's HBYS company manager, gave a presentation on "Hospital Information Management System."

The event concluded with a Q&A session with the students, wishing them a successful academic year.
